The presentation gave us very informative ideas we didn\u2019t know about, such as, living trusts, healthcare powers of attorney and The Capital Gains Avoidance Trust. We realized that our estate planning was inadequate and needed to see Rich to get everything set up properly.<\/p>\n
We would highly recommend attending this presentation to our friends! The information we learned to maximize our estate and avoid taxes and probate costs was worth taking the time to attend!<\/p>\n
When we met with Rich, he caught that our estate plan was done wrong and therefore our family would have gone through probate. Our Conversation Meeting with him saved our family $50,000-$100,000 easily not to mention time and public disclosure of our confidential financial information. He even arranged for a meeting with a local estate planning attorney that is willing to get it all done correctly and Rich has been a part of these meetings to make sure we are taken care of properly this time around!<\/p>\n
